Where we ship
The PupHut Atelier ships from Canada to addresses in Canada and the United States. If you are outside these countries, write to the Concierge and we will explore the options for your location.
Duties and taxes
Shipping is provided on a delivered-duties-paid (DDP) basis, so applicable duties and taxes are included. There are no surprise fees on delivery.
Timing
Each residence is made to order, by hand, one at a time. Production and delivery timing is confirmed with you during commissioning. The Atelier List is notified before commissions open.
