The PupHut Atelier (PupHut Canada Inc.) respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: woof@puphut.ca.

What we collect

When you join the Atelier List or commission a residence, we collect only what the relationship requires: your name and contact details; your dog's name and the home context needed to design and deliver a residence; order and payment records; and your communication preferences and consent. We do not collect data we do not use.

How we use it

To design and deliver your residence, process orders, respond to you, and, with your consent, send you news from the Atelier. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, ever.

Where it lives

Your data is held in our commerce platform (Shopify), our email platform (Klaviyo), and our private records. Payment-card data is never stored by PupHut. Access is limited to the founder and a named backup.

Your consent and choices

Marketing emails are sent only with your express consent, and every one carries a working unsubscribe that we honour promptly. Transactional messages about a commission you have placed are sent regardless of marketing consent, so we can operate your order.

Your rights

You may ask what personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, withdraw marketing consent, or ask us to delete your data (subject to records we must keep for legal and accounting reasons). Write to woof@puphut.ca.
