The details
Payments
- A Commission Deposit, $250 Canadian or $200 US
- Half the price when you approve your design, less your deposit, or all of it at once if you prefer
- The other half when it is finished, within twenty-one days, and it travels once it is paid
- Delivery is quoted to your address before your first payment, and is charged with the balance
- Or ask the Concierge to settle everything at once, the deposit, the residence and delivery on one invoice, once we have measured with you

- The Deed of Residence and the Welcome Letter, on the day it arrives
