At Puphut, we strive to ensure that your experience from purchase to delivery is smooth, efficient, and transparent. Our shipping policy is designed to provide clear information on how we manage shipping processes, from order placement to your doorstep.

Shipping Area

Puphut ships products across Canada and the contiguous United States. If you are interested in placing an international order, please email us at support@puphut.ca so that we can discuss if there are shipping options available for you. We cannot ship to a PO Box, or APO, FPO, and DPO locations due to security restrictions.

Order Processing Time

Orders containing in-stock variants have a processing time of 2-5 business days. If your order contains  a pre-order or back-ordered item, it will be shipped when that item is ready. Custom or personalized orders require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for us to process your order right after new product releases and during holiday seasons.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, delivered within 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note, these are estimated delivery times and can vary based on location, weather conditions, and other external factors.

If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will be shipped once all items in your order are ready. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight of the product, and delivery location. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. For orders above a certain value, Puphut offers free standard shipping, which will be automatically applied at checkout.

Duties and Taxes for Orders Outside Canada


The paid amount for your order does not cover import duties and taxes which may be charged by your local customs office. Such charges are imposed by your customs authorities and are outside of our control. As such, we are unable to accurately estimate and collect the related duties at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any local import duties.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number can be used to track your order through the courier's website. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information. 

Delivery Instructions

If you have specific delivery instructions or preferences, please include them in the notes section at checkout or contact our customer service team at support@puphut.ca immediately after placing your order. We are unable to make changes to delivery instructions once the item has been shipped.

*Please note that Puphuts, size medium and larger, arrive in (1) oversized box. Due to its dimensions, it's recommended that more than one person lift. 

Missed Deliveries

In the event of a missed delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange for a redelivery or pickup from a local depot. Please follow the instructions provided to ensure you receive your order promptly.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and Exchanges

Refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to return or exchange products. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
