These terms govern your use of puphut.ca and the services of The PupHut Atelier (PupHut Canada Inc.).
The Atelier List
Joining the Atelier List is a free wait list. It is not an order and creates no obligation to purchase. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Commissioning
A residence is commissioned with a Commission Deposit. The deposit begins your commission and is governed by our Refund Policy. Details of the commissioning Path, materials, and timeline are confirmed with you before production begins.
Intellectual property
PUPHUT and Resident's Key are trademarks of PupHut Canada Inc. The contents of this site are owned by PupHut Canada Inc. and may not be copied without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse or disrupt it.
Limitation of liability and warranty
The PupHut Atelier provides this website and its services with care. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or guarantees you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including non-excludable consumer guarantees under the laws of Alberta and Canada. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PupHut Canada Inc. and The PupHut Atelier are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. The craftsmanship, materials, and any warranty for a commissioned residence are addressed in your commissioning agreement, not in these site terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
